Collaborates with the executive management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes and personnel designed to accommodate the growth objectives of the GED.Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on gaming operations to Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officers.Provides leadership and sets goals and objectives based on performance measurements that are in alignment with the strategic plan of the Gaming Enterprise Division (GED).Provides overall direction and is accountable for the successful financial performance and development of gaming operations with the ultimate objective of providing maximum profit and return on investment while creating an attractive environment and outstanding guest service.
